I'm Kath, a freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Padiham, Lancashire UK.
After successfully completing my degree in Textile Design at the University of Derby, I worked as a designer for Hallmark UK / Hambledon Studios for over 16 years.
I have over 24 years experience in the design industry, working on a freelance basis, for clients in the UK and China.
My designs have appeared on a wide range of products such as greeting cards, gift wrap, money wallets, crackers, calendars, wall art and hanging banners for retail and wholesale markets worldwide.
I would describe my style as bold, colourful and contemporary with a use of cut out paper shapes, textures and flat colours.
